If you need to reschedule your booking for any reason, please be aware of our cancellation policy which is as follows;
- Studio and Pop Party bookings – 10 day cancellation policy
- Rehearsal Room – 48 hour cancellation policy
- Singing and Music Lesson bookings – 24 hour cancellation policy.
If you miss your appointment, or cancel outside of the relevant cancellation policy period, you will be charged the full price of your booking.
Should you need to cancel or reschedule a booking, please contact us by email only at the earliest convenience on reception@recordingstudiosouthampton.co.uk so we have proof of communication of the cancellation. If you wish to reschedule please also include the alternative dates and times for consideration.
